- Shipping outside of European Union may be a subject to custom and import duties.

RETURNS:
If you are not happy with your purchase, feel free to return it within 14 days from the date you receive the goods. Simply contact us by e-mail hello@teyasilk.com (please provide the order number and your name) and we will send you precise instructions.
Please note:
- Returned products should be in unused and unworn condition, in the original packaging, with all tags attached, otherwise we can not accept a return.
- All returns are FREE. We do not charge additional fees for the return.
- We do not accept returns for Gift Cards
REFUND:
A refund will be processed (excluding the shipping costs, if appear) as soon as we receive and accept your return. You will be notified by e-mail about every stage of the procedure. Please allow 2-5 working days for the funds to appear on your bank account.
